    Return & Refund Policy

    If there is an issue with a product or service you have 2 weeks to issue a refund and return your product/service IF:

    1. The product has been received unopened and in its original packaging.

    2. The return, refund, or exchange has been requested within the 2 week window of original purchase.

    Opened and/or used products are not eligible for refunds. Exceptions may apply.

    Refunds

    We at ZOELogics Health Sciences, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with care.

    Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, if your order cancelled, you will receive a full refund or may be allowed to exchange for a product of equal or less value at their original price equivalent to the amount spent at the time of purchase before tax and shipping cost.

    If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms this with you and will be processed once approving the integrity of the received refunded product.

    We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process.

    Shipping

    Please note that ZOELogics Health Sciences is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation and is not responsible for the replacement of a stolen or lost product.

    ZOELogics Health Sciences is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping must be paid by the customer, including return shopping costs.
